I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Systemic Therapy, all of which are based on research and evidence, to help you as we work together to combat your difficulties and equip you with the coping skills, understanding, and reconnection to yourself and others.

The Process

There are three steps to beginning sessions with Whole Self Therapy. Follow the arrows to read through the process of enquiry.

  • Fill out this form with your information, emergency contact, GP information, your reasons for seeking therapy and what type of sessions you would like.

  • This scheduled phone call will give us a chance to talk about your reasons for therapy and to see how we might work together.

  • At the first session we will talk about how we will work safely and look at your goals and expectations for therapy. At the end of this session we can talk about next steps and whether you would like to book more sessions.

In-person and remote options

Sessions are offered in person across central London: in Marylebone, Kensington and Clapham.

Remote sessions are also offered to clients who would prefer this option.
