I believe therapy works, otherwise I wouldn’t be here…

Born and raised in India, the USA and the UK, I learned how to be in multiple cultural circles, hold different identities, and how to show up, especially when there were intersections of identity at odds.

Therapy was a place where I allowed all parts of myself to be seated at the table, where I was able to understand and tell my story, with both the pain and beauty that framed it, and explore how I wanted to create a life that felt aligned with my values and goals. It wasn’t easy, it didn’t happen overnight, but it was worth it.

After my own therapy experiences, I began the process of training to provide that same space for others in 2020. While I am a fully trained and qualified counsellor, I do not know everything, and probably won’t know everything there is to know about humans, the brain, relationships and mental health, but I do know some things through personal and professional experiences. I aim to equip and support you on your journey, to empower you to step into living a more bold, authentic and vibrant life.

When I am not working in my Private Practice, I work in a charity providing psychological and emotional therapeutic support for those impacted by sexual experiences and difficulties in both community and NHS settings.

  • NAZ London Charity (London)

  • Cameron's Companions Mental Health Charity (London)

  • Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Children and Young People’s Mental Health. (NCFE)

Before jumping into therapy work, I spent time in Primary School Education for 6 years as I got to grips with ‘adulting‘ and exploring career options. I wanted to pursue.

In supporting you to live a vibrant, meaningful and authentic life, I also try to adopt this posture personally as best I can.

You can find me enjoying walks in nature, sitting in a London theatre seat, baking a cake, trying my hand at pottery classes or travelling to new destinations chasing the sunshine.
