I believe therapy works, otherwise I wouldn’t be here…

Born and raised in India, the USA and the UK, I learned how to be in multiple cultural circles, hold different identities, and how to show up, especially when there were intersections of identity at odds.

Therapy was a place where I let all parts of myself be seated at the table. It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it.

After processing my own difficult experiences and finding more wholeness in my life, I began the process of training to provide that same space for others.

Before jumping into therapy work, I spent time in Primary School Education for 6 years as I got to grips with ‘adulting‘ and finding out what I wanted to pursue career wise.

When I am not in the therapy space you can find me co-planning events for The London Therapist Network, enjoying walks in nature, sitting in a London theatre seat, baking a cake, trying my hand at pottery classes or finding the best place for tacos!
