The Process

  • Step 1: Referral Form

    Fill out this form with your information, emergency contact, GP information, your reasons for seeking therapy and what type of sessions you would like.

  • Step 2: Free Discovery Call

    This scheduled phone call will give us a chance to talk about your reasons for therapy and to see how we might work together.

  • Step 3: Initial Session

    At the first session we will talk about how we will work safely and look at your goals and expectations for therapy. At the end of this session we can talk about next steps and whether you would like to book more sessions.
